Each individual is permitted to hold only one active win298 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, or accounts shared between members of the same household, are strictly prohibited. win298 employs detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any additional accounts found will be closed without prior notice, with balances handled at win298's sole discretion.
To access win298 Services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number (Pakistan format), and any other details required by win298.
You are responsible for ensuring that your registration information remains accurate and up to date at all times. win298 may require you to update your information or provide supporting documentation to verify your identity. Failure to provide accurate information or to cooperate with verification requests may result in account suspension or closure.
win298 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your win298 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
You agree to notify win298 immediately via the live chat or email support channels if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. win298 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials or from your failure to notify win298 of suspected unauthorised access in a timely manner.
win298 will never ask you to disclose your full password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purportedly from win298 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to [email protected].
win298 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. win298 reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum single deposit on win298 is Rs 100. The maximum single deposit is Rs 150,000. Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may also apply, and Users may configure personal deposit limits through their account settings as part of win298's responsible gaming tools.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to win298 accounts within 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the User's bank and network conditions. win298 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
All win298 account balances, deposits, bets, wins, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to User funds on the win298 platform.
Withdrawal requests may only be made from a User's Real Money Balance. Bonus Balance cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied, at which point the converted real money amount becomes eligible for withdrawal.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. win298 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Verification documents may include a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of payment method ownership, and any other documents reasonably required by win298's compliance team.
Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within 2 to 4 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or for accounts undergoing enhanced verification.
win298 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing for accounts under investigation for suspicious activity, fraud, or potential violation of these Terms. In such cases, win298 will notify the User and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and promotional credits offered by win298 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a win298 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion details page. win298 does not permit withdrawals of bonus funds until wagering requirements are fully completed.
win298 reserves the right to determine the eligibility criteria for each promotion, including restrictions based on payment method, game type, and account status. Bonuses are generally limited to one per eligible User unless explicitly stated otherwise. win298 may exclude Users from promotions at its discretion if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or any other conduct inconsistent with the spirit of the offer.
win298 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus funds credited prior to such modification will remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
All bets placed on the win298 platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are made available within the relevant sections of the win298 platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
win298 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, on suspended markets, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances where technical errors have occurred. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the User's Real Money Balance. win298's decision regarding the settlement and voiding of bets is final and binding.
Live betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes reflecting real-time event developments. win298 accepts no liability for bets placed on markets where odds have changed since the User initiated the bet placement process, provided that the confirmed odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation have been honoured.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the win298 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:
win298 employs sophisticated fraud detection and monitoring systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases involving suspected illegal activity.
All content on the win298 platform, including but not limited to logos, trade marks, game graphics, software, text, imagery, and page layouts, is the exclusive intellectual property of win298 or its licensed third-party providers. No content from the win298 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of win298.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the win298 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, data mining, scraping, or systematic extraction of content from the win298 platform.
win298's collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the win298 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

win298's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of win298 Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
win298 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where reasonably practicable, but win298 cannot guarantee continuous availability of all services at all times.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to win298's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through win298's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
